The Muffin Drop

I had the pleasure of meeting her last week and this beautiful woman, although way younger than me is wise, incredibly knowledgeable, inspiring, beautiful, filled with energy, and passionate about health and wellness. My kind of human! I have been connecting with so many AMAZING women in Charleston lately and it is helping me level up with my wellness journey and even my professional journey. I always truly believe that people come into your life for a reason and Emily and these other women are helping more than they know and I love it! But back to Emily and her muffins…

We connected through a friend of a friend and then on social media and then I finally went to her home to create some content, recipes, and just have some “muffin talk”, which of course led into talk about ourselves, our health journeys, fitness, food, love, and ALL THE THINGS! I could have spent all afternoon chatting with Emily about those things. Like minded souls with a passion for feeling good, living well, but also having fun. Food, Fitness, and Health are all about finding that healthy balance that works for YOU! In a society where so many people are telling you what YOU should do, take a step back and start to listen to what works for YOU…what makes YOU feel good…and what YOU truly want. Emily and I both do this and the work sure as hell isn’t easy, but that hard work is so worth it. Be patient with yourself and your journey!
